  • Chew parsley, mint, cardamom, cloves, juniper berries, coffee beans or fennel seeds.
  • Eat an apple.
  • Eat a large tablespoon of natural unsweetened yoghurt.
  • Make a mouthwash out of 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water.
  • Put a couple of drops of peppermint essential oil in your mouth.
