It’s very easy to get rid of bad breath using herbs and foods. Try these tips next time you feel a case of halitosis coming on.
- Chew parsley, mint, cardamom, cloves, juniper berries, coffee beans or fennel seeds.
- Eat an apple.
- Eat a large tablespoon of natural unsweetened yoghurt.
- Make a mouthwash out of 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water.
- Put a couple of drops of peppermint essential oil in your mouth.
