Week Two

Relationships may feel a bit more at ease, with new ideas coming about as to how to move forward together but be clear on your intentions this week as things are turning into a reality.

Supermoon – 13th July
Personal values are called into question this full moon phase. You may want to reevaluate what you want for yourself and how its leading you towards more freedom. Time to release any doubts, fears, anger or resentment so you can come back to yourself stronger. Traditionally, in Native American history this supermoon is called a ‘Full Buck Moon’. This title refers to the time of the year that the antlers of a male deer become stronger, bigger and are at their most mature. Bucks shed and regrow their antlers each year, producing a larger and more impressive set as the years go by, which means that this Super Moon is preparing you for more strength and power in who you are.
Week three
Time to uphold your boundaries and hold space for yourself this week. This might seem like a bold thing to do if you are not used to it, but you want to be able to hear yourself and balance out your emotions and your intellect. This means it’s a good time to do a self warrant of fitness and consider how you are feeling on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Meditate on what you discover about yourself. Week four
Spend some time recovering and regenerating this week, check in with yourself that what you are doing, where you are at and what you are thinking is in fact reality and what you actually want from your life. You want to check on your belief systems and if they are in alignment with your future goals, particularly with the new moon coming up. You may want to prioritse connecting with your children on a playful level or connect in with your inner child to bring a focus on joy and excitement. We processed intellectually last week and that is because this week we want to use our mind to create our reality and be motivated and excited about it. Old belief systems are sabotage for future goals and the time is now to see them from a higher perspective and look for synchronicity so that you can receive. New Moon – 28th July
Receiving is a key part of this New Moon phase, envisioning a reality where you do not need external validation to feel secure. It’s a time to manifest, use the feedback you get from what you are attracting in life to decide what is realistic for your future and that its really what YOU want and not what you think others would approve of you doing.
